1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility

3. Use of the App
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the app are the exclusive property of J Turner Research and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
b. Secured Rights-
a. J Turner Research has secured the rights to use the name, likeness, and intellectual properties of Albert Einstein through a legal agreement with The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and CMG Worldwide, Inc. As part of this agreement, J Turner Research may refer to its proprietary process of calculating and analyzing data from reviews as "Einstein" and may reference Albert Einstein’s name, image, and likeness in connection with this service.
b. This usage is authorized under the terms set forth in our agreement with the rights holders and does not imply endorsement by Albert Einstein or his estate. All references to Einstein within J Turner Research’s services and communications are used in accordance with the permissions granted by The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and CMG Worldwide, Inc.
c. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use of Albert Einstein’s name, likeness, or intellectual properties beyond the scope of J Turner Research’s licensed rights is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will J Turner Research be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
